Positive: Only a 15 minute walk to King's Cross, bus stop right opposite to take us into central London. Clean modern apartment, well equipped. Negative: The keypad on the front door not accepting our code so we were stuck outside for 45 minutes. Nobody from Homely answered my numerous calls. Thankfully Booking.com sent me another code to get us in otherwise we would have been stuck. A keysafe would be much easier.

the curtain is useless. and it was so noisy.

Negative: The position of the access door is rather isolated and noisy due to its proximity to the road. Bringing the baggages to the room is an extremely challenging endeavour because there is no elevator available.

Comfortable, and good location to transport options around the city of London Positive: Clean and tidy. Good central location to amenities and transport

Poor customer service compared to other booking.com stays Negative: The dishes in the cabinet were dirty and there was no dish soap. When contacted they said they would deliver and it never showed up. We ended up having to buy dish soap, bathroom soap, paper towels and toilet paper on our own dime. Not cool.
